The two day workshop in Orillia Ontario went well. There were only three students but we managed to finish a significant section of the 25 foot wall we planned for this course including a 6 stepped style and two types of coping, vertial and sedum top.
We learned about coursing stones in random vs rubble styles.
On the first day Darren Warren, Bruce Greige and John Flye did some nice base work.

The DSWAC was pleased to offer a new walling workshop run in conjunction with Attia Quarries and held in Ontario Canada near Orillia.
Attia quarries provided the 24 tons of stone to facilitate an special walling workshop on June 19 and 20
This was a beginner's workshop to teach walling students the basics of dry stone construction.
Students used quarried limestone to build a permanent dry stone wall on Rama Road at the corner of Monk Rd on the weekend of June 19-20
