Walls that belong to buildings

Stones can go in all sorts of creative directions. To do it they usually travel 'collectively '. In a dry stone wall they can go many miles . If they come to a river they can become a bridge and go right over the water. Going up hill is also something they can do if they need to . Stones that are really organized can not only travel along both sides the road sometimes they can actually start to become part of a house or shed as well. They are so smart .
If you think about it it makes perfect sense . Walls that enclose a field are not much different than walls that contain the rooms of a house .

The photos below show a dry stone wall recently constructed in Canada , made with locally gathered stones. We designed the wall to become (morph into) a gable end wall of an addition being built onto a renovated barn.
