Completed Dry Stone Walling Workshop in Prince Edward County

The two day comprehensive walling workshop at Karlos Estates was a great success. ten participants learned about this type of alternative to manufactured landscape features. Students built a thirty foot free-standing dry stone wall from local random stone, There was a visit to the Hubb Creek Bridge on the firsts lunch break and the next day we were served a fine lunch in the tasting room where we sat ain a circle took time to learn about each other's projects, and discuss how peaople heard about dry stone walling across canada. There will likely be another workshop this September.
